Service Description
For teens and young adolescents, I provide programmes that generate aligned purpose and goals that sets them on the path of unlocking their potential. For young adults that are in a state of distress with depression and associated anxiety, or difficulty managing school or university, as well as difficulty managing themselves and regulating their emotions and their relationships with others. Those that are struggling with peer pressure, anxiety, addictions, eating disorders, depression amongst others. For children I offer one on one counselling services that are struggling with anxiety, difficulties in adjustments in their lives and displaying unhealthy patterns in relationships and families.
