Showing up for one's life and elevating personal growth as a lifestyle. Delene is a continuous student of psychology, a yoga/meditation teacher, marriage and family counsellor, a facilitator, a counsellor for addiction/substance abuse/trauma and anxiety, a writer and an intuitive guide and transformational teacher.

Delene provides therapeutic interventions which focuses on the mind, the body and the spirit and works with intuitive quantum and energetic channelling.  Delene has also worked for SADAG (South African depression and anxiety group) for three years

Delene works with all the 5 levels to healing, the physical body, the energy body, the mental, the intuitive and the spiritual. When one part is out of balance, it affects all the other areas and this can be seen manifesting either through relationships, changes in the body with dis-ease, changes in the minds perceptions level of happiness and joy, or when one is seeking a higher sense of purpose or meaning to life.

Known for her passion around healing the heart and mind, she walks a personal journey with her clients, she guides clients complex situations and topics into platforms that they can launch from,  through teaching and showing real life tools and techniques. Delene serves as a vessel between the known and the unknown.

The client is placed in the drivers seat of their healing, learning to let go (unfreeze) people, situations or behaviours and refreeze a new mind and body.  Clients are guided on how to hack their past and navigate into the future in this human experience, and thus breaking the shackles of self limiting believes, trauma, addictions, and situations and environments that no longer make sense.

You are already more powerful than you know, but what and how you think and believe has a profound effect on your wellbeing and your environment. One has to try and adjust the old ways of thinking about things, people and situations since they will always create the same feelings and emotions in the body and appear as a pattern in the brain. By becoming more conscious of the subconscious thought allows one to move towards those desired results that may initially elude you.
